New Issue: Ampal-American Israel secures $37.86 million from sale of stock

New York, Nov. 29 - Ampal-American Israel Corp. is gearing up to close a $37,863,577 private placement.

A group of institutional investors agreed to buy 8,142,705 class A shares at $4.65 each.

The investors will receive warrants for 4,071,352 shares, exercisable at $4.65 each for eight months.

Based in Tel Aviv, Israel, Ampal-American acquires interests in businesses in Israel.
