ABG Infralogistics to vote on $50 million convertibles offering March 21

Tacoma, Wash., March 3 - ABG Infralogistics Ltd. members will vote on a possible issuance of convertibles at an extraordinary general meeting on March 21, according to a company notice filed with the Bombay Stock Exchange.

As previously announced, the company plans to issue up to $50 million of foreign-currency convertible bonds, Global Depositary Receipts, American Depositary Receipts or other securities convertible into equity shares.

Mumbai, India-based ABG Infralogistics charters, hires and operates heavy-duty cranes.
