Amkor Technology to redeem $525 million of 6 3/8% notes due 2022

Columbus, Ohio, March 13 – Amkor Technology, Inc. plans to fully redeem its $525 million of its 6 3/8% senior notes due 2022, according to a news release.

The company said it plans to redeem the notes via proceeds of a new offering of $525 million 6 5/8% due 2027 and cash on hand.

The semiconductor company is based in Chandler, Ariz.
