Amkor Technology $425 million drive-by 10-year deal to price Thursday afternoon

St. Louis, April 30 - Amkor Technology, Inc. will price a quick-to-market offering of $425 million senior notes due 2013 (B1/B) on Thursday afternoon, according to an informed source.

Citigroup is the bookrunner. Co-managers are expected to emerge on the Rule 144A/Regulation S deal.

The notes are non-callable for five years.

Proceeds will be used to redeem Amkor's 9¼% notes due 2006.

Amkor is a West Chester, Pa. provider of contract semiconductor assembly and test services.
