AMI Semiconductor starts roadshow Wednesday for $200 million 10-year notes

St. Louis, Jan. 14 - The roadshow starts Wednesday for AMI Semiconductor, Inc.'s offering of $200 million senior subordinated notes due 2013, according to informed sources.

The deal will price late in the week of Jan. 20 or early in the week of Jan. 27, the sources added.

The syndicate includes Credit Suisse First Boston and Lehman Brothers.

The Rule 144A notes are non-callable for five years.

Proceeds will be used to refinance preferred stock and repay bank debt.

The Pocatello, Ida.-based company designs and manufactures application-specific integrated circuits.
