Madison, Wis., Oct. 3 – Kasikornbank PCL said it issued 10 billion baht of subordinated debentures qualifying as tier 2 capital on Friday.
There is a 4 billion baht over-allotment option.
The 10½-year debentures are priced at par with a fixed coupon of 5%.
Funds will be used for general corporate and capital management purposes.
The issue has been rated AA-(tha) by Fitch Ratings (Thailand) Ltd.
The bank is based in Bangkok.
