Kansas City IDA, Mo., arranges $50.71 million Kingswood project bonds

New York, Dec. 14 – The Kansas City Industrial Development Authority of Missouri is on tap to price $50.71 million of series 2016 senior living facilities revenue bonds for the Kingswood facility on Wednesday, according to a preliminary official statement.

The bonds will be offered through Crain Brothers.

The bonds are due 2026, 2036, 2046 and 2051.

Proceeds will be used to fund improvements to the Kingswood senior living facilities, as well as to refund the authority’s series 1998 bonds.
