Amicus investor buys more shares of company's stock

Charlotte, N.C., Aug. 7 - New Enterprise Associates 9, LP purchased an additional 29,447 shares of Amicus Therapeutics, Inc.'s stock for $338,452.03, according to a schedule 13D filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The reporting persons own 4,510,340 shares, or 20.3%, of the Cranbury, N.J., biopharmaceutical company.
