New York, July 21 - The Goldman Sachs Group Inc. priced $13 million of five-year 1.5% notes exchangeable for the common stock of Amgen Inc. to yield 1.5% with a 24.75% initial conversion premium, according to a 424B3 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
