JPMorgan plans six-year CDs on JPMorgan Optimax Market-Neutral

Chicago, May 2 - JPMorgan Chase Bank, NA plans to price 0% certificates of deposit due May 31, 2018 linked to the JPMorgan Optimax Market-Neutral index, according to a term sheet.

The payout at maturity will be par plus at least 105% of any index gain, with the exact participation rate to be set at pricing.

If the index falls, the payout will be par.

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC is the agent, and Incapital LLC is the distributor.

The CDs will price on May 25 and settle on May 31.

The Cusip number is 48124JCB2.
