JPMorgan plans contingent coupon market-linked notes on ETF Efficiente

Madison, Wis., May 3 - JPMorgan Chase & Co. plans to price market-linked notes with contingent coupons due May 31, 2023 linked to the JPMorgan ETF Efficiente 5 index, according to an FWP filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the index closes at or above the initial level on any quarterly review date, the notes will pay a coupon at an annualized rate of 2.5% to 3%. The exact rate will be set at pricing.

The payout at maturity will be par plus any index gain and the final contingent coupon. Investors will receive at least par.

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and UBS Financial Services Inc. are the agents.

The notes will price on May 28 and settle on May 31.

The Cusip number is 48126D3X5.
