JPMorgan plans contingent annual interest CDs on Efficiente Plus DS 5

Morgantown, W.Va., Oct. 24 – JPMorgan Chase Bank, NA plans to price certificates of deposit with contingent annual interest due Oct. 31, 2025 linked to the J.P. Morgan Efficiente Plus DS 5 Index (Net ER), according to a term sheet.

Each year, the notes will pay a contingent coupon if the index closes at or above the initial level on the review date for that year. The contingent coupon rate is expected to be 4.85% to 5.85% per year and will be set at pricing.

If the index return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus the index return. Otherwise, the payout will be par.

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC is the agent. Incapital LLC is distributor.

The CDs will price Oct. 26.

The Cusip number is 48128FVV1.
