JPMorgan plans 1% seven-year CDs tied to JPMorgan Efficiente Plus

Chicago, July 18 – JPMorgan Chase Bank, NA plans to price 1% certificates of deposit due July 31, 2024 linked to the JPMorgan Efficiente Plus DS 5 index (Net ER), according to a term sheet.

Interest will be payable annually for the first six years, with the exact coupon to be set at pricing.

The payout at maturity will be par plus at least 100% of any index gain, with the exact participation rate to be set at pricing.

If the index falls, the payout will be par.

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC is the agent. Incapital LLC is distributor.

The CDs will price on July 26 and settle on July 31.

The Cusip number is 48126YCD3.
