JPMorgan plans contingent interest range CDs linked to Exxon Mobil

New York, May 11 - JPMorgan Chase Bank, NA plans to sell contingent interest range certificates of deposit due May 27, 2008 linked to Exxon Mobil Corp. stock, according to a term sheet.
If Exxon Mobil stock appreciates by more than 10% or depreciates by more than 10% at any time, investors will forgo interest payments.
If the stock stays within the parameters, investors will receive the contingent interest rate of at least 15%.
The CDs will price on May 24 and settle on May 31.
