Olympia, Wash., Nov. 6 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $7.18 million of callable step-up fixed-rate notes due Oct. 31, 2039, according to a 423B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
The interest rate will be 3.25% initially, stepping up to 3.5% on Oct. 31, 2032 and to 4.5% on Oct. 31, 2037. Interest will be payable semiannually.
The payout at maturity will be par.
The notes will be callable at par quarterly beginning on Oct. 31, 2021.
