New Issue: JPMorgan sells $1 million buffered digital notes due 2022 on S&P

Olympia, Wash., May 22 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $1 million of 0% buffered digital notes due May 25, 2022 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the index finishes at or above its initial level, the payout will be par plus 21%.

If the index falls by up to 17%, the payout at maturity will be par.

Investors will be exposed to any losses beyond 17%.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
