New Issue: JPMorgan sells $650,000 5.9% yield notes tied to Russell 2000, S&P 500

Morgantown, W.Va., April 10 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $650,000 of 5.9% yield notes due Dec. 24, 2019 linked to the lesser performing of the Russell 2000 index and S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
Interest is payable monthly.
The payout at maturity will be par unless either index closes below its 70% trigger level on any day during the life of the notes and either index finishes below its initial level, in which case investors will lose 1% for every 1% decline of the lesser performing index.
