New Issue: JPMorgan sells $1.07 million capped buffered return enhanced notes on EAFE

Olympia, Wash., Jan. 2 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $1.07 million of 0% capped buffered return enhanced notes due June 30, 2020 linked to the iShares MSCI EAFE ETF, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.

If the ETF finishes above its initial value, the payout at maturity will be par plus two times the gain up to a maximum return of 17.25%.

Investors will receive par if the ETF falls by up to 10% and will lose 1% for each 1% decline beyond the buffer.

The agent is J.P. Morgan Securities LLC.
