New Issue: JPMorgan sells $1.00 million capped buffered enhanced notes on EM ETF

Morgantown, W.Va., Sept. 26 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $1,002,000 of 0% capped buffered return enhanced notes due May 4, 2020 linked to the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.

If the fund finishes above its initial value, the payout at maturity will be par plus 1.6 times the gain up to a maximum return of 26.4%.

Investors will receive par if the fund falls by up to 12.5% and will lose 1.1429% for every 1% decline beyond 12.5%.

The agent is J.P. Morgan Securities LLC.
