JPMorgan plans buffered return notes on PowerShares S&P 500 Quality

Chicago, Sept. 12 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC plans to price capped buffered return enhanced notes due Oct. 3, 2019 tied to the PowerShares S&P 500 Quality Portfolio, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par plus 1.5 times any fund gain, up to a maximum return of 13.25% to 17.25%.

Investors will receive par if the fund falls by up to 5% and will be exposed to any losses beyond 5%.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC is the agent.

The notes will price on Sept. 29.

The Cusip number is 46647M5N9.
