Columbus, Ohio, Jan. 31 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $7.91 million of 0% capped gears due March 29, 2018 linked to the Financial Select Sector SPDR fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes will be guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
If the fund finishes above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus triple the gain, up to a maximum gain of 17%.
If the fund return is negative, investors will lose 1% for each 1% decline.
UBS Financial Services Inc. and J.P. Morgan Securities LLC are the agents.
