JPMorgan plans to price PLUS due April 2018 linked to Russell

Columbus, Ohio, Dec. 14 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC plans to price 0% Performance Leveraged Upside Securities due April 4, 2018 linked to the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will be guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.

If the final index level is greater than the initial index level, the payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus 300% of the index return, subject to a maximum return that is expected to be at least 18% and will be set at pricing.

If the final index level is less than the initial index level, investors will have one-to-one exposure to the decline.

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC is the agent. Morgan Stanley Wealth Management is handling distribution.

The notes will price Dec. 29.

The Cusip number is 48128P464.
