Chicago, July 28 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $43,000 of 0% buffered return enhanced notes due July 31, 2019 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange.
The payout at maturity will be par plus double any gain in the index, up to a maximum return of 41%.
Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 10% and will be exposed to any losses beyond 10%.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
