JPMorgan to price 20-year callable step-up notes with 3% initial rate

Columbus, Ohio, July 18 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC plans to price callable step-up fixed-rate notes due July 29, 2036, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.

Interest will be 3% for the first nine years, stepping up to 3.25% on July 29, 2025, to 3.5% on July 29, 2028, to 4% on July 29, 2033, to 5% on July 29, 2034, to 6% on July 29, 2035 and to 7% on July 29, 2036. Interest will be payable semiannually.

The payout at maturity will be par.

The notes will be callable at par on any interest payment date beginning July 29, 2023.

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC is the agent.

The notes will price on July 26 and settle on July 29.

The Cusip number is 48128GSV3.
