JPMorgan plans capped enhanced participation notes tied to MSCI EAFE

Chicago, June 20 – JPMorgan Chase & Co. plans to price 0% capped enhanced participation equity notes due July 2, 2019 linked to the MSCI EAFE index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par plus double any gain in the index, up to a maximum settlement amount of $1,528 to $1,620 per $1,000 principal amount of notes. The exact cap will be set at pricing.

Investors will be exposed to any losses.

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC is the agent.

The notes will price on June 27 and settle on July 5.

The Cusip number is 46646EHS4.
