New Issue: JPMorgan prices $1.48 million capped buffered return enhanced notes on iShares MSCI EM

Columbus, Ohio, March 30 – JPMorgan Chase & Co. priced $1.48 million of capped buffered return enhanced notes due March 29, 2018 linked to the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus two times any fund gain up to a maximum return of 26%.
Investors will receive par if the fund falls by up to 10% and will lose 1% for every 1% decline beyond 10%.
