JPMorgan plans capped buffered return enhanced notes on MSCI EAFE ETF

Norfolk, Va., Nov. 18 – JPMorgan Chase & Co. plans to price 0% capped buffered return enhanced notes due Nov. 24, 2017 tied to the iShares MSCI EAFE exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par plus at least 1.2 times any gain in the index, up to a maximum return of 22.25%. The exact upside leverage factor will be set at pricing.

Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 15% and will lose 1% for each 1% decline beyond 15%.

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC is the agent.

The notes will price on Nov. 19 and settle on Nov. 24.

The Cusip number is 48128GDF4.
