Chicago, Sept. 28 – JPMorgan Chase & Co. priced $2.53 million of contingent income autocallable securities due Sept. 27, 2018 linked to the worst performing of the MSCI EAFE index and the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes will pay a contingent annual coupon of 9.75% if each index closes at or above its barrier level, 80% of its initial level, on the determination date for that year.
The notes will be called at par if each index closes at or above its initial level on any determination date other than the final determination date.
The payout at maturity will be par unless either index finishes below its barrier level, in which case investors will be fully exposed to any losses of the worse performing index.
