Madison, Wis., Jan. 12 – JPMorgan Chase & Co. priced $10 million of 0% contingent buffered equity notes due Jan. 27, 2016 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus any index gain.
Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 14.2% and will be fully exposed to any losses if the index falls by more than the 14.2% contingent buffer.
The final index level will be the average of the closing index levels on the five trading days ending Jan. 22, 2016.
