JPMorgan plans contingent interest notes linked to ETF Efficiente 5

Chicago, Oct. 28 – JPMorgan Chase & Co. plans to price contingent annual interest notes due Nov. 12, 2021 linked to JPMorgan ETF Efficiente 5 index, according to an FWP filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes will pay a contingent annual coupon at a rate of at least 2% if the index closes at or above the initial level on the review date for that year.
The payout at maturity will be par plus at least 120% of any index gain.
If the index falls, the payout will be par.
The exact terms will be set at pricing.
The index level reflects the deduction of a fee of 0.5% per year that accrues daily.
J.P. Morgan Securities LLC is the agent.
The notes will price on Nov. 7 and settle on Nov. 13.
The Cusip number is 48127DN20.
