New Issue: JPMorgan prices $1.03 million digital notes linked to iShares MSCI EM

Tacoma, Wash., Sept. 29 – JPMorgan Chase & Co. priced $1.03 million of 0% digital notes due Sept. 29, 2016 linked to the common stock of iShares MSCI Emerging Markets exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the final share price is greater than or equal to the initial share price, the payout at maturity will be par plus 18.5%. If the final share price is less than the initial share price by up to 10%, the payout will be par. Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the ETF declines beyond 10%.
