JPMorgan plans capped buffered equity notes linked to MSCI Canada fund

Chicago, Aug. 14 – JPMorgan Chase & Co. plans to price 0% capped buffered equity notes due March 2, 2016 linked to the iShares MSCI Canada exchange-traded fund, according to an FWP filing with the Securities and Exchange.

The payout at maturity will be par plus any gain in the index, up to a maximum return of at least 14.75%.

Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 7.5% and will be lose 1% for each 1% beyond the 7.5%.

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC is the agent.

The notes will price on Aug. 26 and settle on Aug. 29.

The Cusip number is 48127DXF0.
