New Issue: JPMorgan prices $2.12 million capped buffered return enhanced notes on MSCI EAFE fund

Chicago, June 27 – JPMorgan Chase & Co. priced $2.12 million of 0% capped buffered return enhanced notes due June 30, 2016 linked to the iShares MSCI EAFE exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange.

The payout at maturity will be par plus 1.75 times any gain in the fund, up to a maximum return of 15%.

Investors will receive par if the fund falls by up to 10% and will be exposed to any losses beyond 10%.
