New Issue: JPMorgan prices $1.88 million capped buffered equity notes on iShares MSCI EAFE

Chicago, May 27 - JPMorgan Chase & Co. priced $1.88 million of 0% capped buffered equity notes due May 26, 2016 linked to the iShares MSCI EAFE exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus any fund gain, up to a maximum return of 14.5%.
Investors will receive par if the fund falls by up to 15% and will lose 1% for every 1% decline beyond 15%.
