New Issue: JPMorgan prices $6.87 million knock-out buffered notes on Euro Stoxx, iShares MSCI EAFE

New York, May 20 - JPMorgan Chase & Co. priced $6.87 million of 0% knock-out buffered return enhanced notes due Nov. 21, 2016 linked to the lesser performing of the Euro Stoxx 50 index and the iShares MSCI EAFE exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If each component finishes at or above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 1.94 times the return of the lesser-performing component.

If either component falls but finishes at or above the 75% knock-out level, the payout will be par.

Otherwise, investors will be fully exposed to any losses of the lesser-performing component.
