JPMorgan plans buffered return enhanced notes linked to S&P 500

Chicago, March 3 - JPMorgan Chase & Co. plans to price 0% buffered return enhanced notes due March 29, 2018 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange.

The payout at maturity will be par plus 1.05 times any gain in the index.

Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 10% and will lose 1% for every 1% decline beyond 10%.

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC is the agent.

The notes will price on March 26 and settle on March 31.

The Cusip number is 48127DAH1.
