Madison, Wis., Dec. 17 - JPMorgan Chase & Co. priced $6.64 million of 0% capped enhanced participation equity notes due July 6, 2015 linked to the MSCI EAFE index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the final index level is greater than the initial index level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 300% of the index return, subject to a maximum settlement amount of $1,244.50 per $1,000 principal amount of notes.
If the final index level is less than the initial index level, investors will be fully exposed to the decline.
