JPMorgan plans to price PLUS due 2015 linked to iShares MSCI EAFE

Chicago, Nov. 12 - JPMorgan Chase & Co. plans to price 0% Performance Leveraged Upside Securities due Jan. 2, 2015 linked to the iShares MSCI EAFE exchange-traded fund, according to an FWP filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus triple any fund gain, up to a maximum return of at least 13%. The exact cap will be set at pricing.

Investors will be exposed to any losses.

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC is the agent with distribution through Morgan Stanley Smith Barney LLC.

The notes are expected to price Nov. 29 and settle three days later.

The Cusip number is 48127A815.
