JPMorgan plans PLUS tied to iShares MSCI Emerging Markets fund

New York, Sept. 27 - JPMorgan Chase & Co. plans to price 0% Performance Leveraged Upside Securities due Nov. 30, 2012 linked to the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets index fund, according to an FWP with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus triple any increase in the fund, capped at 23% to 27%.

Investors will share in any losses.

The notes (Cusip: 46636T556) are expected to price on Oct. 25.

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, as agent, will pay all selling concessions to Morgan Stanley Smith Barney LLC.
