New York, March 26 - JPMorgan Chase & Co. priced $5.25 million of 1.8% principal-protected notes due March 27, 2015 linked to the J.P. Morgan Alternative Index Multi-Strategy 5 (USD) index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Interest is payable annually.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 150% of any index gain, less a threshold percentage of 10%.
Investors will receive at least par.
For there to be an additional amount paid, the index has to appreciate at least 6.67%.
