New York, Feb. 9 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $1 million of 0% digital contingent buffered notes due Feb. 20, 2025 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the index finishes at or above 75% of initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 7.59%.
Otherwise, investors will be fully exposed to the decline of the index.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
