New York, Dec. 28 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $6.15 million of 0% contingent digital buffered notes due Jan. 8, 2025 linked to the Invesco QQQ Trust, Series 1, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the ETF finishes at or above 80% of initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 7.81%.
Otherwise, investors will lose 1.25% for every 1% decline beyond 20%.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
