New Issue: JPMorgan sells $3.21 million digital buffered notes linked to S&P 500

Buffalo, N.Y., Nov. 27 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $3.21 million of 0% digital buffered notes due Dec. 4, 2024 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.

If the index finishes at or above its 85% buffer level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 8.11%.

Otherwise, investors will lose 1.17647% for every 1% index decline beyond 15%.
