New Issue: JPMorgan prices $13.19 million callable step-up fixed-rate notes with 6.25% initial rate

Buffalo, N.Y., Nov. 16 – JPMorgan Chase & Co. priced $13.19 million of callable step-up fixed-rate notes due Nov. 15, 2030, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Interest is payable semiannually at a 6.25% per annum initial rate, which steps up to 6.5% on Nov. 15, 2026, to 7% on Nov. 15, 2028 and to 9% on Nov. 15, 2029.
The notes will be callable at par semiannually beginning Nov. 15, 2025.
The payout at maturity will be par.
