New York, Oct. 25 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $1.05 million of 0% digital barrier notes due Oct. 22, 2027 linked to the MSCI Emerging Markets index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the index ends at or above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 51.5%.
If the index declines by no more than 30%, the payout will be par plus 12%.
Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the index declines from its initial level.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
