Chicago, Oct. 12 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $400,000 of 0% buffered return enhanced notes due Oct. 5, 2027 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the index gains the payout will be par plus 128.25% of the index return.
The payout will be par if the index declines but by no more than 20%.
Investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the index declines from its initial level.
The securities are non-callable.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
