Chicago, Oct. 9 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $30.33 million of 0% digital buffered notes due Oct. 18, 2024 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the index gains or falls by no more than its 15% buffer the payout at maturity will be par plus 9.08%. The payout will be par less 117.647% of the index decline beyond the buffer.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
