New York, Aug. 23 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $2.37 million of 0% PLUS due Dec. 4, 2024 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the index return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus 300% of the index return, subject to a maximum return of par plus 15.75%.
Investors will be fully exposed to any index decline.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
