Chicago, Aug. 21 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $500,000 of 0% buffered digital notes due Aug. 6. 2024 linked to the least performing of the common stocks of Amazon.com, Inc. and Boeing Co., according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If both stocks finish above 60% of their initial levels, the payout at maturity will be par plus a 19.05% digital return.
Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for each 1% decline beyond the 40% buffer.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
