New Issue: JPMorgan prices $1 million buffered digital notes linked to Nasdaq, Russell
New York, April 12 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $1 million of 0% buffered digital notes due May 9, 2024 linked to the Nasdaq-100 index and Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the worst performing index finishes at or above 70% of initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 8.2%.
Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% the worst performing index declines beyond 30%.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
